I first joined the Kaos team back in 2006 whilst I was on a work placement studying hairdressing at college. I fell in love with the buzzing atmosphere and started working full time as soon as I had completed my course. I was lucky enough to get myself a column as a junior stylist where I was able to gain more experience and perfect my new skills.

I’ve grown up with half of the team as we’ve all worked here for so long now (we’re part of the furniture!) so I’m happy to say I’ve picked up some great friends along the way too.

In 2010, I fell into the management side of things, taking on many new roles within the salon. What I enjoy most about my job is that every day is different, it’s sociable, I get to constantly meet new people and touch base with all the regular clients too, some of which have been coming to us for 20 years!

I’m still learning new things everyday which is constantly making my brain tick. This enables me to constantly get excited about the launch of new products, colours, treatments etc., that I know all of our clients will benefit from. I get to refresh my mind and take regular courses, one of which made me a Kerastase Ambassador! There are always new things happening, whether it be creating a new magazine or freshening up the website, always giving me fresh ideas on the go. All in all, a team I’m proud to be a part of.

What do you like about working at KAOS?  It’s very sociable.  You get to meet new people all the time. It’s nice to get to know regular clients as well and to have a catch up each week!

Who or what inspires you?  Being around a successful team – it makes me want to better myself.

What is your ultimate ambition?  To be successful and to always be happy in life.

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Organised, reliable, welcoming.
